「Perfect property in walking distance of everything. Will be seeking it out again when we return.」

「Breakfast was great, there was free sangria in the lobby which was nice, we brought some up to the roof deck which was nice although the cushions were wet. Room was nice, unfortunately it was very hard to sleep between the fan making weird noises all night & there were a bunch of neon green lights in the room.」

「Fabulous place to stay in Newport. Patrick was wonderful and the place was adorable!」

「Beautiful hotel. Right off the Cliff Walk Highly recommend it」

「Great location, nice staff staff and delicious breakfast! Our room was clean and comfortable.」

「Great hotel! Central to everything. Loved the lobby and fireplace. Staff was excellent. Only complaint pillows are a bit hard or to full. The bathroom doesn’t allow for much privacy. We had a beautiful view of the harbor and cookies were delicious. Overall we were very happy with the hotel.」

「The property was beautiful. The room was beautiful and the staff were excellent」

「Great place . Atmosphere and friendliness were tops …」

「Excellent」

「The owner was nice but inn keeper was not so friendly till the owner showed up. The information said that sun set room has the bustub but only shower. The location was good which is good but a little bit noisy at night. The breakfast was good. And the lady who served us was friendly. 」

「View, size & location.」

「Great location! Clean room. Friendly staff! Great water views!! Good breakfast!」
