"This is a beautifully and tastefully restored boutique hotel in historic downtown Elkins. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms are very nice. The hotel has a wonderful bar and restaurant, and the food is superb. This was my 3rd stay at the Tygart. I will definitely be going back, and I highly recommend it!"

"We booked a last minute trip to get out of the stifling heat/humidity and this location did not disappoint. The cabin was clean and the kitchen looks to be newly renovated and well stocked with all you could need including spices/oils/blender/coffee maker/toasters etc. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good as well. The cabin is located at the end of the road so there is plenty of privacy and stunning views of the valley/horses/pond etc. Really a great place to relax and unwind. We did not use the resort amenities, though we checked them out and they were in good working order. My husband thoroughly enjoyed fishing in the nearby pond. The resort property appears to be under renovation which will help keep it in good shape for years to come. It's 10 minutes to just about everywhere."

"It was fine but not as nice as expected or advertised. Dirty floors/carpet (our socks turned black). The beds were nice. Generally comfy with extra blankets. The water pressure is very low in the shower."

"Short weekend for wedding. Check in smooth and easy. Located close to Davis and Thomas. Comfortable sleeping, WiFi up and down (personal cell roaming better), great views, hot water a little slow, feel secure, check out easy. Overall a very nice place to stay. Would do again."

"Very great location and nicely stocked with items in kitchen and extra supplies for bathroom . Loved the river in back of us . I only had 1 complaint .. The living room rug was covered in dog hair and I didn't have an animals . Had an amazing visit with family and would definitely go back again ."

"Voyager Rest is a great house with a wonderful view. It is very peaceful with no other homes right next door. The home is furnished with everything you need. Great outdoor space with seating and fire pit. Hot tub is relaxing looking at the wonderful views. Jim and Nichole are great host/hostess Communication is very efficient with quick response time."
