"My family and I stayed here at the Black Diamond the beginning of October and what an amazing week we had there! The house, accommodations, appliances, outside touches, were all perfection. Every room was so nicely decorated and it felt like home the moment we walked in. Brian was so helpful with booking and communicating while we were there, and everything went so smoothly. The house is also a great location for all the activities around. We will definitely be back!!!"

"The property was beautiful and clean!! We are a group of 6 retired friends that go on an annual trip on our Harleys. We found the area to be exceptional!! WiFi worked well at the house, very well stocked with necessities, great surroundings and views. We had an issue with the fireplace giving off alot of heat during 90 degree days making it hard to cool the front area of the house. We reported it and it was fixed the same day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!!"

"Check in was not as streamlined as other properties we have stayed in during our travels. Inconvenient, but not difficult. Much prefer digital door codes in lieu of having to go out of way to find office to pick up keys. The large cleaning fee was interesting considering the required cleaning list tennants MUST complete in order to not be charged even more cleaning fees. Important to note, this is only the case with VRBO managed properties. The other cabin management companies we frequently stay with are 100% cleaner and do not require tennants to clean the cabin and strip the beds in order to not incur even MORE cleaning fees. Adding a bit more irony to the large cleaning fee charged in advance of the stay was the disgusting state of the water in the hot tub. It was foamy green."
