「The location of this place is unmatched- right across from the water and a simple walk to absolutely everything in Grand Marais. The listing is accurate- it’s tight, but doable (for one or two people), and worth it for great host and lovely trip」

「We *loved* our stay. I knew the location would be great (basically next door to the International Wolf Center in Ely), but I didn't know in advance how spacious, quiet, and green the place would be. We enjoyed playing a number of the board games in the evenings. My spouse and I were both especially taken by the adorable groundhog who lives outside under the deck, and who popped up at times to bathe in the summer sun. 」

「We stay here every time we come to Grand Marais. It’s a perfect spot on the water and right in town so you can walk everywhere. A good place to head out on the paddleboard, have an evening fire, quick walk to shops and restaurants. 」

The owners Monica and Tim were on site when we arrived and were both incredibly nice.The apartment itself was gorgeous and immaculately clean, all of the pictures were accurate for the condition of the property! Nothing but great things about the stay, and we'll definitely be booking again in the future!」

The location was perfect, including a beautiful deck right on the shore shore of Lake Superior, with only 4 steps down to the beach!Everything that you could ever need was available in the studio! The owner is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, and exudes "Minnesota Nice!"I highly recommend and definitely will return!!!」
