"Stayed one night with my mom and daughter, overall mixed experience. The staff was excellent, everyone was kind, professional, and handled issues well. The downsides: the bathroom felt outdated and worn, and we couldn’t get the Celtics playoff game on the TV, even after calling the front desk. Dinner was good, but drinks felt light. Breakfast (over $100 for three) was late and missing a meal, requiring another call and wait. To their credit, the manager was very apologetic and comped the full breakfast, which we appreciated. The customer service really did go a long way. I understand many places are short-staffed, so I don’t want to be too harsh but for the price, some details fell short."

"First room we checked into was not clean. Bed was made but crumbs on floor and bed, dirty pillowcase. After reporting we were immediately switched to a different room which was clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows are flat. Pool was a great temperature and location is great. "

"It was a relatively decent stay. I noticed small things like scuffing on the skirting boards, chipped paint here and there. The towels smelled stale/human not fresh. Having to use your phone to stream Netflix, YouTube etc. Didn't work well, and those apps should just be loaded on the TV and the user can just log in. I wouldn't choose to stay there again, however, if I had to, I'd be fine with. Just average esthetically. Front desk staff was amazing!!!! So kind, friendly, helpful and welcoming. They were the best aspect of the hotel."

"The club room was great the staff where amazing. The property itself was nice and conveniently located. The restaurant and room service was excellent. Low rating was for the issues with my room. The coffee bar door swung shut when you opened it on its own i figured this out the hard way when it hit my elbow. My second night the air conditioning broke. It was not fixed until the next day which left me sleeping in 78F. Very poor nights sleep and when maintenance came in at 5am to look at it they dislodged a bunch of dust from the air vent that blew all over my bed. "

"Came here for the Boston Marathon and the service and guest standards were top of the line. They went above and beyond to make sure I was recognized and congratulated as a runner and made sure that everything was taken cared of. The staff were super nice, the rooms were quiet and clean. Next time I'm in Boston I would definitely come and stay here again."

"Terrific location right in the heart of downtown. We walked to Quincy Market and explored the harbor and the waterfront of the Aquarium. Nightlife was just steps away as well. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. Staff are super friendly and professional at the front desk as well as the bar. We would definitely stay here again! Affordable and fun!"
