「Wir hatten super schöne zwei Wochen in der Altamira Residence. Unsere Wohnung im Erdgeschoss war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Besitzerin war immer erreichbar und ist sehr sehr nett! Egal was wir hatten, wir konnten uns immer an Anna wenden und sie hatte einen Tipp oder hat uns geholfen. So einen super Service habe ich bisher selten erlebt. Da der Strand in der Nebensaison nicht bewirtschaftet wird, hat sie extra für uns 3 Liegen reserviert und den Pool für uns gereinigt und offen...

「From the moment I walked in to the moment I left the staff went above and beyond to cater to my every need. There was a welcoming drink and snacks in the hotel restaurant. The desk recommended dinner places and even offered to make a reservation. The bed slept so comfortably and in total darkness. Breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff were just as accommodating on my departure as on my arrival. The people working at this hotel make it a 5 star experience!!」
