Apartment in the characteristic historic center of Bordighera Alta, offering a unique glimpse of the village square. The accommodation is on the 1st floor and is approximately 75 sqm. It comprises a double bedroom, bathroom, spacious living room with a sofa bed and TV, dining room and kitchen, as well as a second living room with a sofa bed. The village provides an authentic experience with numerous typical restaurants, and the sea is just a few minutes' walk away. There is public parking for cars, and the train station is about 1 km away.

The accommodation is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. Guests are also provided with essentials such as salt, sugar, oil, Nespresso coffee capsules, towels, bed sheets, toiletries with shampoo and shower gel, toilet paper, trash bags, and cleaning essentials.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT ON THE 1ST FLOOR IS ONLY VIA STAIRS, WITH NO ELEVATOR. THIS CONDITION MAY BE PROBLEMATIC FOR THOSE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES. ACCOMMODATION IS RECOMMENDED FOR GUESTS WITHOUT PARTICULAR ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.

The accommodation does not have a private parking space, but there is a public parking lot a few meters away (as shown in the photos) with free parking with a time disc.
