"There was poop in our room under the bed. I wish I was joking but unfortunately true. We have pictures. Also the sheet that covered the box spring was covered with crumbs and dead bugs. We did get a new room but when checked there was a makeup bag under the bed. The cleaning staff was rude rolling their eyes and saying the rooms weren’t that bad. Unfortunately in the new room the AC didn’t work properly so we were uncomfortable all night. Having already changed rooms we didn’t want to move a second time. The front desk staff was very nice though."
