「Simple but adequate breakfast was good. Parking was tight. Hotel should ask guests to park their cars properly since some cars were taking up two spaces with one car.」

「Great budget hotel. Clean and friendly/honest and good parking situation too」

「The room was mostly updated and clean. Thin windows let in alot of noise from parking lot and outside. Staff was nice.」

「The cabin was cozy and location amazing」

「You can tell by the way the staff interacts with you that they really enjoy their work, Every member we met, like Blossom at check-in to the restaurant staff, treated us delightfully. This was our first time in an Autograph hotel. The furnishings in the lobby were fun, interesting, and made us feel welcomed in Santa Cruz.」

「Breakfast was good」

「The bathroom did not have a exhaust fan and it stayed steamy all night until we open the door completely the next morning. The bathroom door also did not close all the way due to the swelling of the wood most likely from the condensation. Otherwise very clean and smelled very fresh. The beds were comfortable and the front desk staff was very friendly.」
