"The front porch was the best part of the home, overall everything was great. Lisa had a nice handwritten note for us there and a book with all of the directions that you could need. The beach supplies included in the shed were very handy. Cute little cabin, nicely located. The cabin got hot but the air conditioner units kept up while we were there. Thanks for the wonderful stay!"

"This is a great property in Bonnet Shores and very close to the beach. The view of the pond from the dining room was spectacular and we remarked on how calming it was to see it each day. The house is set up well, with a kids area downstairs which kept the noise upstairs to a minimum. The master's bedroom was beautitul and felt luxerious with it's updated bathroom and shower. The kitchen had everything you could ever need to make a complex dinner or dessert. The upstairs where I stayed was very comfortable and clean. The blackout shades are a great feature, and allowed us to sleep in.The outdoor shower is the best I've seen in Bonnet Shores. Plenty of room and very private and peaceful. The owner has many thoughtful additions to make our stay problem-free, including beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagons, kayaks and a paddleboard. We appreciated the cozy throw blankets to throw over our bodies while we stayed inside and read on a rainy day. It was a wonderful place and we'd be happy to rent there again."

"Our stay completely exceeded expectation, we absolutely loved it! The property was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located with an easy commute to Newport. The host was amazing, so responsive and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Hands down one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend her enough!"

"We had the most amazing stay at this property. The location and views are amazing. The foot path to the beach is so convenient. The house comes with everything you need…from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs. Overall, we would highly recommend and will definitely return."

"The top floor was the nicer of the two areas. The bottom floor did have a mildew smell. The backyard was nice and the outdoor shower was wonderful. The only other downfalls were the beach’s nearby. The community beach was a 20min walk down a road that was not pedestrian friendly which was tough with children. There is no parking available at this beach so you need to plan to drop everyone off and your items and ride one of the bikes (provided by the host) back to the beach. It’s a bit of a process. There is Narragansett town beach which is a 9min drive away that is gorgeous, but be prepared to pay to park, then walk about 1/8 mile to the beach and then pay to get onto the beach as well. The host was very responsive, the oven in the top apartment was not working, which he did offer to have someone come and check out, however we declined. It’s just challenging to have to plan for a maintenance visit during your vacation with multiple kids. The lock to the downstairs apartment was also broken, which the host had a locksmith come out for who was unfortunately unable to fix it. Overall, it’s a nice home in a nice neighborhood but not quite close enough to the beach if you have small kids and it felt a little overpriced for the amenities."
