"Breakfast times when busy was displayed on as board outside the breakfast room but in the morning. Can I suggest this information is displayed before breakfast is served. Then guests can organise themselves around the busy times. Stalina and the shorter dark haired lady from reception were very helpful and an asset to your hotel."

"Me and my partner stay here on a regular basis . All the staff are friendly and really welcoming. Front of desk staff steve was very attentive to our needs . Pet friendly always a must . The rooms are warm and cosy . "

"On check in was created by Louis and he was so helpful and couldn’t do enough especially as we had arrived ahead of check in time. The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel reception and foyer area at Christmas was lovely and very inviting. The breakfast was ok, food could be a little better. Overall though an excellent stay and will always try and book this hotel for my annual Christmas weekend away with friends. "
