「No Ac. Heaters do heat well and bedding keeps your warm. Restaurant/ store staff was great and hotel staff was kind but we had people two rooms down and adjacent to us that were loud and had dogs barking in their rooms until 3am. Staff did nothing about the noise. Their private hot springs was nice and enjoyable but the side wall in there was completely rusted and needs replacement. Itd be very coll if they added a way to adjust the heat like Haven hot springs 」

「They had construction going on that no one informed us about when we booked our stay. The view from our room was the dumpster with weeks of construction debris strewn about. We were surprised that we had no housekeeping after our first night and had to go ask for some clean towels to shower on day 2. Day 2 we woke to a power outage - no coffee machine - no TV - the water system electric recirculating pump to get the hot water to our room was down so a cold to lukewarm wash off was all we got....
