This property is a quick drive to downtown or hyde park to enjoy your day in Boise. Use Old Hill road to commute across the foothills traveling from Boise to Eagle! Perfect for a single person or couple looking for a place to rest. *Tenant Downstairs*This is a part of a 3bed listing "Hillside Villa" it has it's own separate entrance in the back. This is a studio set up with a king sized bed. There is a couch with a small tv to help pass the time. Feel free to use the soaker tub to its full benefit during your stay! Guests will access the property from the back of the given address. It has its own separate entrance from the guests staying in the 2 bed side. You are only: 3 min walk to Sockeye Alehouse 6 min walk to Boise foothills access 6 min drive to Camel's Back Park 7 min bike ride to the Greenbelt 7 min drive to White Water Park 10 min drive to downtown Boise 16 min drive to Boise Airport 30 min to Bogus Basin Ski Resort

Nice room

Check in was rough as the batteries in the the door lock weren’t able to open the door properly. I fortunately had evening plans and the owners were able to correct it before I came back later. The space is cute, but is not perfect. Good for a single guy like me, but would have been disappointed if I had a guest with me.

Clean efficiency apartment

The rooms were clean, plenty of towels, bed was comfortable. Coffee and condiments were available as was a small refridgerator. The entrance to the apartment was at the back of the house; the yard was unkept. There were new concrete stairs (3 or 4 steps) to the entrancek door, with no railings. There was no safety bar to hold while getting into or out of the bathtub. One of the windows in the bathroom had a clear view into the bathroom due to the surface tinting wearing off. Also in the bathroom were many areas where paint was chipping off around the windows. I don't know the local codes, but there was no fire extinguisher. I may return because of the cleanliness and location, but the cleaning and other fees seemed to be high... thank you.

This property is great for a clean room and soaking tub after seeing and doing all the fun things in Boise I was there with my daughter (college student) very comfortable for what we needed Host(s) we're amazing. I made a mistake with booking and they were so gracious and understanding. Great location Great Host

Loved it

This quaint little studio sits on the back side of the house. Everything about our stay was awesome! The unit itself is very well decorated, clean and located in a great area. We did have to reach out to the owner with some questions and he was very quick to respond, kind and accommodating. Highly recommend this property
