「This is a very cute older home. Unfortunately I have to report. It is not very well kept up. Well the two bathrooms are newly remodeled in the kitchen as well, and they are lovely, there are many upgrades needed to this house to make it worth the money. Most of the windows have no screens in them and the ones that do, the screens are broken and falling apart, but still in the windows, making them look very unkempt and dirty. Window pans are filthy dirty. Outdoor areas are not well maintained at...

「What a nice 3-bedroom house in a great neighborhood. It's so close to downtown with enough distance from the downtown bustle. The house has everything you would need to a short and a long stay. We didn't know about the street parking at first. It was confusing as these houses don't have driveways/garage. But Stefan responded quickly to my text asking where I should park. Stefan is very responsive and accommodating.」

「Unfortunately, I can't recommend this property. I never received check-in instructions prior to our stay and on day of check-in finally messaged the host at 4:15pm. My message wasn't answered so I decided to call the contact #. She answered right away and was apologetic that the instructions hadn't been sent and sent them while we were on the phone together.
