"I can't say enough great things about Gasthof Bären! Staff/service was super friendly and knowledgeable (and entertained my americanized stuttery-German) from check-in to check-out. The property is absolutely beautiful, clean, and I adored their patio. Breakfast was included and we stayed for dinner/drinks as well--all of which were delicious. I appreciate that the hotel was tucked away from the noise and hustle of Interlaken, but still just a short bus ride away. I will definitely book here...

There is no refrigerator in the room but there is a shared one in the common kitchen. I did not give five stars only because my room has the smell of smoke.
