"This property has it all. It has smart tvs, games and equipment in the garage, and a washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were full of anything you could need for your stay. The view of the water was amazing and the home is located only blocks from local shopping and dining. My only improvement would be to specify to guests where to park. I was a bit confused but there is parking behind the garage by the trash cans. I wasn't sure but the neighbors were kind and let me know where to park when I arrived. The host welcomed us with a nice message and snacks left on the kitchen counter. It is a great place for families to stay just be aware there are steps up to the front door and it has two stories so there are stairs inside as well. I would definitely stay again. "

"This house is on a small side channel of the North River, with a considerable marsh next to it. It's a quiet peaceful spot with gorgeous sunsets and especially sunrises. It's a ten minute drive or so into the main part of Beaufort. The house is comfortable and clean. We all agreed the beds were comfortable. The kitchen has all the basics (though no salt--bring your own) and the porch is wonderful for sitting outside and taking in the view. There are a few small maintenance issues that I expect will be fixed very soon. But over all it's just a great place--we have stayed here several times. And personally my favorite thing is sitting on the porch taking pictures of all the interesting birds!"

"We were pleased with everything about our stay. There were also thoughtful touches we haven’t found in any other VRBO houses, such as a basket of night lights and lots of towel hooks in the bathrooms. Kitchen was especially well-stocked and we cooked a big Thanksgiving meal for 6 of us. It was great having extremely responsive hosts right next door who gave us tips about grocery stores and restaurants (and a truly delicious pound cake!). The property was quiet and we enjoyed seeing deer every evening. We had an extended family visit that we all enjoyed. Highly recommend!"
