"This is not a resort villa, is more to private property owner. Not contactable, difficult to find the location. Owner unable to speak international language- English. Difficult communication. Private pool is very dirty, totally unable to use it. No shower gel, hair dryer, kettle is not heatable. We believe that property is not being clean before we arrive. Ants running around and cockroaches. Totally disappointed."

"Great place to stay, clean, well equipped and maintained. It has everything you need for an extended stay.The place is a bit away from the Hua Hin center but can be easily accessed by taxi or a motorbike. Plenty of restaurants, stores and laundry within short walking distance. There is a very charming coffee shop with next to a fish pond on site The owner speaks perfect English and was extremely helpful in navigating the local scene (taxis, tours, rentals etc). I would definitely stay here...

"Staff was courteous, efficient, accommodating. Room was clean, pool was pleasant and the location was quiet enough to sleep well. Good food, market and 7-11 nearby Khao Hin Lek Fai เขาหินเหล็กไฟ also nearby for a nice bird's eye view of the city and surrounds."
