「This is not a resort villa, is more to private property owner. Not contactable, difficult to find the location. Owner unable to speak international language- English. Difficult communication. Private pool is very dirty, totally unable to use it. No shower gel, hair dryer, kettle is not heatable. We believe that property is not being clean before we arrive. Ants running around and cockroaches. Totally disappointed.」

「The property is run by an agent who claimed, upon my arrival in Thailand, that they had never received the booking and that the villa was not available.The VRBO chat was a bot and no use, the only contact number is in the USA, leaving a family stranded on the other side of the world with no accommodation.NEVER use this listing, the risk is far too great.」

"There was a little bit of hair falling out, and although I had been told that housekeeping was not required all day, they did it on the second day. However, the staff were all friendly and smiling, and the location was great. It's a nice, quiet hotel :)"
