「Yes I was late for 9.00pm check in , but the pub was supposed to be open to 10Pm which it was not. Did not answer initial messages about a refund and refused a refund after Expedia called to request one. Make you own mind up what kind of place this is. 」

「We had a fantastic stay here whilst attending a wedding nearby. The owners were super helpful in terms of their communication ahead of our booking, as well as in answering all of our questions in the build up. The cooked breakfast in the morning was amazing and we really appreciated their friendliness and their suggestions for things to do in the nearby area. The entire house was very well kept and we would highly recommend staying here - thank you!」

「Place was thilthy not a triple room radiator hanging off the wall its house of multiple occupancy full of loud smack & crack head all shouting in the corrudor day & night cane back to mental health nusre banging like crazy said wanted the girl in our room who id atually seen & she said thats my room your in so then was worried about who had keys this place is nothing like advertised You shoukd not mix long term residents with issues with paying guests it was very frightening going out the room...

「DISGUSTING. We found BED BUGS in our room while traveling with our 3-year-old. We had to strip our child immediately out of fear she’d been exposed. Absolutely horrifying as a parent. Our entire trip was ruined. We had to cancel an important appointment and drive FOUR HOURS back home the same day. Completely unacceptable and beyond unsanitary. No family should ever stay here. Avoid at all costs.」

「Rooms are very durty and dusty ,the head board needs replacing all black bits falling off onto pillows , bed room skirting in need of repair ,furniture old and tatty. The bathroom has a shower over the bath tiles moldy and durty sink no plug. Bath side coming away from bath very durty ,under radiator very dusty. The corridor is very dark and carpets very durty door frames damaged. Do not stay at this hotel if you want agreenking keep going and looking. 」

「Hotel personnel were very helpful and friendly. Room, Toilet and shower very clean. Tea and coffee in the room was always replenished. The fan system air and refrigeration from the kitchen in the Beefeater was very loud especially at 05:30 AM. All in all I can recommend this hotel. 8 minutes with a Taxi to the train station.」

「オーナーさんが転んでケガをしたとかで、到着後すぐにチェックインできず20分以上かかった。また、ケガをしたので朝食が作れないと当日朝に言われ、料金に含まれていたはずの朝食が提供なされなかったのが残念。提供できないことに対する返金や別のサービスの提供は一切なかった。建物内には誰でも入れてしまうので、セキュリティ上はあまり安心できない。車での移動だったが、駐車場の入り口が少々わかりにくかった。なお、立地条件が駅の隣なので、鉄道で移動する場合は便利だと思う。」

「We paid, as you can see. We turned up around an hour after booking to check in. We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff. Who told us she needed to get someone else to check us in. This other member of staff came around 15 minutes later, so we bought a drink each whilst we were waiting. This other member of staff then told us they didnt realise...
