「Booked myself and my black Labrador in for 3 nights. Spacious room, nice decor and very clean. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows. The full English breakfast was spot on with good quality items. (Thank you Ben). All the staff were engaging and very helpful. Great value for money!

「We paid, as you can see. We turned up around an hour after booking to check in. We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff. Who told us she needed to get someone else to check us in. This other member of staff came around 15 minutes later, so we bought a drink each whilst we were waiting. This other member of staff then told us they didnt realise...
