My stay had a mixed start; the check-in process was prompt and efficient, and the staff member who escorted us to our room was extremely helpful and informative. However, the overall service quickly became disappointing due to inconsistent professionalism. Throughout our four-day trip, we were repeatedly asked when we were checking out by housekeeping, and interacting with room service made us feel like a burden. After multiple ignored calls to clear away finished meals, we were forced to leave our room service trays outside. Additionally, while the resort is adult-only, the dress code policies felt overly restrictive and illogical, particularly when I was barred from a restaurant simply for wearing a crop top and slip dress despite being appropriately covered. The most frustrating aspect was realizing that the quality of service noticeably shifted based on tipping. Despite these major customer service drawbacks, my partner and I still managed to enjoy our time together, largely because the rooms are spacious and feature gorgeous modern finishes. While I would consider staying here again for the accommodations alone, the staff's professionalism, boundary-crossing questions, and transactional attitude toward service definitely need significant improvement.

結構課金しないといけないやつもあった。特にスパとかはオールインクルーシブには含まれていない。カヌーやカヤックはかなり波が穏やかでないと体験できない模様です。でもまあ、食事、部屋は文句なしで良かったです
