"About a 5 min walk from Russell square station, decent location. Not as close to Oxford Street as I thought but still within walking distance. No fridge in the room, open closets and the only downfall was the carpet smelt weird. The beds are comfy, the shower is inside the tub and has that half glass door which can be comfy inconvenient with water splashing out but this is common in most hotels in london and the water pressure was good."

"I needed a London hotel room that was available for two nights, affordable, comfortable, in reasonable walking distance of London sites I wanted to see, easy to get morning coffee and breakfast from, and a very close walking distance from Euston Station (so that I could easily catch a train from there after checking out). Four Points Flex met all of these expectations admirably. My room was very compact, but laid out in such an intelligently efficient way that I could not only sleep and shower comfortably in it, but I could stow my luggage (in a compartment under my bed) and do hours of serious work on my laptop (by using the breakfast-in-bed board provided in the room as a solid lap desk for my laptop and its mouse, fitting very comfortably on my lap with its cushioned underside, and with the bed itself turning into a quite comfortable work chair. The staff were uniformly friendly and quick to meet requests. The room itself and its surrounding in the hotel were scrupulously clean and well-kept. All in all, an excellent and affordable work and rest base for a traveler on a job-related trip."
