「Wir haben Mitte März 2023 bei Betterstays für vier Nächte dieses Apartment mit Küche gebucht und im Voraus bezahlt. Als wir ankamen, war der Schlüssel nicht in dem vorgesehenen Schlüsselkasten. Von der Servicestelle haben wir erfahren, dass das Apartment noch nicht gereinigt wurde und wird noch warten sollten.
