"Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect."

"The house itself is nice but when we arrived there was a lot of rubbish around the house. The kitchen lacked glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. We bought glasses ourselves and the rest was brought after two days. The WiFi was not working and consequently the TV didn't go either. A new WiFi was dropped at the house after five (!) days which we installed ourselves but the TV still didn't work. At one day somebody stood in front of the house and wanted to show it to somebody who was interested to buy...

"This was our second stay here and we there will be many more. Idyllic location surrounded by wild flower meadows. We even watched deer out of the kitchen window. Superb location for walking and generally relaxing. "

"While the bedding and overall flat was clean, we were told there was off-street parking— there was not. There were no instructions whatsoever. We waited 2 hours for a text reply from the host before calling. The washing machine would not work. We waited An entire day to get help from the host for the washer and dryer— never a reply:The host"

"We had a long weekend here with our children. They particularly enjoyed feeding the sheep and chickens on the property.There was an incredible view from the patio and the host communicated well with us. It was a clean property with everything we needed for our stay."
