「The room was clean, quiet and just what was advertised. We enjoyed our stay!」

「Overall a good location but parking was difficult. We were forced to use the Diamond parking lot on Howell St for overnight parking at a rate of $32. Then we were forced to locate street parking with a 2 hour time limit which meant that we had to move the vehicle multiple times during one of our rest days. I think in the future we will need to consider this when booking accommodations in this area. Make sure the lodging comes with private parking. Otherwise, relatively clean and can’t beat the...

「Nice little house in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and tidy. I especially liked the Halloween decorations.」

「I loved everything about the property. We had an issue with internet the first day but that was fixed. The only issue was the broken toilet paper holder. It didn't impact the ability to use anything though. I definitely recommend this place.」

「Overall the apartment was fine- lots of room and very clean. We weren’t there much except to sleep. Parking was not easy- make sure you can parallel park in tight spaces. Some little fixes would make this place much better- for instance the slats on the bedroom blinds were broken and a room darkening curtain would be nice. Location was good, we walked the hilly streets to restaurants and Union Lake. We enjoyed our stay in Seattle.」

「Horrible experience!!!!」

「Place and courtyard were great. Nice place. 」

「Great location within blocks of the light rail and bus stops.」

「The host was welcoming, and a very good communicator. If I had questions, he was quick to respond. The apartment was well equipped and stocked with coffee, tea, and they needed condiments. The apartment was very clean. I would stay there on my next visit to Seattle if the occasion presented itself. Nothing but good things to say about the host and apartment.」

「I had a great stay in Seattle! The host was extremely helpful and responsive, often replying within minutes. The apartment was exactly as described and pictured. The location couldn’t be better. A drugstore, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and local attractions are all just a 2 to 5 minute walk away. The Space Needle is only half a mile away, and the rooftop offers a stunning view of it. Pike Place Market is a quick car ride and an absolute must see!The building is quiet and secure, with a...

「Owner incredibly good at communicating, friendly building staff, perfect location, free parking!」

「Convenient」

「We arrived late on a Friday evening, and the nightlife was just getting going - parking was a bit of a nightmare to get into building to get garage key fob.Otherwise phenomenal location for downtown walking to Pike Market, Space Needle etc.Very cute, albeit small space. Bed was comfy, pull out sofa could use a mattress pad. Pillows were also not the best- could stand an upgrade. Otherwise very cute, and clean. Laundry available in suit」
