「not having check in staff was very uncomfortable as there is very poor cell service at hotel - took me over an hour to finally get a live person to hook me up to their wifi to complete online only check in. The room we had had King size platform beds with queen sized mattresses - with the platform sticking out about 8 inches past the mattress - at shin height where i scraped my shin several times during our stay. NOT HAPPY AT ALL」

「Arrival to the facility with my husband and children only to find out the pool was closed for maintenance while waiting for the front desk person to come back after approximately 15 minutes. We were quite disappointed since the pool was one of the reasons we choose this facility and were not giving the opportunity to change our reservation ahead of time. 「When our initial room didn't have much of a window, the staff was very helpful and quickly switched us to an available room with a balcony for a nominal fee. The place has a cool retro beach-motel vibe, which some may enjoy more than others but we liked. Despite the meh weather, the attached pub was pretty lively for dinner with a nice outside seating area and I'm sure that during the summer the whole place and attached small beach are very lively. We enjoyed our one-night stay and may return...

「Great place, staff, clean environment full breakfast. Light sleepers will have issues if they happen to wake up at night due to noises from the highway behind the hotel. I will recommend thins place for travelers.」

「I'm not able to understand thier breakfast system. I booked my reservation with breakfast but my confirmation fainally looked like adding the fee.」

「The room smelled musty and/or moldy—it was on the first floor. The smell was bad enough that it bothered us the whole time we were there. The hallway smelled bad too. The staff were having a terrible time using their new computer system. It took over 20min to check in, and that was at 12:45am when we were desperate to get into a room. I heard another guest say the elevator door broke and she couldn’t get her bag off of it. Also the pool was out of commission.」
