Our son and his family live nearby and, after trying two other hotels in the area, we now always stay here when we visit from Alaska. Front desk staff know us, the rooms are clean and right sized. Location is convenient to a great espresso shop and the included breakfast is extensive.

Alysha was AMAZING! We had to travel on Christmas and she was so kind and patient and accomodating. We were grateful for her after a long day of travel! The room was clean and crisp and so was the rest of the hotel. We have stayed at this hotel repeatedly and will continue to do so!

Very pleasant staff, reliable shuttle service but also super easy just to walk over to the airport via the skybridge at the light rail station (about a 2 minute walk to the sky bridge).

This hotel, by far, has the nicest staff of any place we have ever stayed. They went above and beyond in every interaction, from phone calls to shuttle drivers to front desk staff. And the lobby and general floor area is mopped several times a day. Clean, everywhere you look.

Just top to bottom flawless experience. Ps don’t miss the morning breakfast! It Was restaurant quality and also has so many options. Only thing I could complain about is no hot tub:( but does have a pool:)

Shuttle service to airport and light rail stations on the hour with pickup on demand. Nice whirlpool and pool. Small but nice gym. One night was a bit noisy as a bunch of soccer teams were there but they did quiet down at a reasonable hour.
