The facility is falling apart: the rooms are old, the AC failed, the door was difficult to open, and the toilet broke. The service was non-existent. When the toilet broke, I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I went to the lobby, but the staff had left for the day. I tried the operator and the after-hours line multiple times with no luck. Rude service and zero accountability—stay elsewhere"

"Went for our anniversary, room was clean, bathroom was clean with a huge double head shower, overlooking the spillway to the falls. Food was delicious and staff were very helpful. Enjoyed a trip to the spa where the staff was also very helpful."
