Central located townhouse in a quiet neighboorhood that is 10 minutes from the Hoover MET and 5 minutes to Hoover Sports Park East. The property is less than 3 miles from the Riverchase Galleria and is close to restaurants and shopping. Also, within 5 miles to the east is another mall called The Summit with plenty of shopping and restaurants. The property is also close to Birmingham attractions such as Vulcan Park, Birmingham Botanical Gardens, Birmingham Zoo, Regions Park, Railroad Park and the Civil Rights Museum. One of the top locations in the area being centrally located in the Birmingham Region. The property location is 45 minutes from Tuscaloosa so a great place if you are visiting the University of Alabama.

Wonderful weekend stay

My sister and I stayed here while attending a family reunion in town. Easy to get to. Comfortable beds and very clean. Kitchen was nice and free coffee and a few snacks were an added treat. Host was very responsive to our questions. We would stay here again.

UAB Parents Weekend

Not ideal. Home itself was attractive and in a good neighborhood, but was unprepared to receive guests — beds were unmade and had no sheets, garbage had not been emptied and coffee pot left plugged in and burnt.

General overview: very clean, good location, quiet, nice condo. 5 star. Would definitely stay here again(and we’re quite picky).SPECIFICS:Exterior: the neighborhood is composed of tri/quad-plexes. Each has a 2 car parking pad directly in front of the unit. No garages. You will see a lot of cars. The neighborhood appears neat, clean and well maintained. This unit is about 1/2 mile straight back into the neighborhood. I think that is an advantage from a security standpoint. There is a fenced backyard that we never used.Interior:Decor. Neutral colors throughout. NO carpet-all wood and tile floors. Comfortable furniture. When we entered the condo the scent of aromatic plugins was quite strong. It was a nice smell but way too strong. There was 4 of them in the unit. We unplugged all of them. In the future we would recommend 0-1 plugins max. Kitchen/eating area. Vaulted ceiling and quite spacious. We didn’t any cooking but it seemed well equipped. Spare bedroom #1. Comfortable queen bed. Blinds and drapes on window.Spare bedroom #2. Comfortable twin bed. No windows. Spare bathroom. Nice size. Tub shower combo.Master bedroom. Comfortable king bed. Blinds and drapes on the window.Master bath. Nice size. Large tub. Small separate standing shower. Living room. Quite spacious. Vaulted ceiling. Comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the fireplace. Could use a coffee table and ottoman. Utility room. Full size W/D.Would definitely return!

We stayed here for five nights while attending a training program. The condo is spacious, clean, quiet, and made for a great place to get work done in the early mornings and evenings.I would definitely stay again if traveling to the area.

We had a great stay here! We were here for a baseball tournament and this house was very conveniently located to all the fields. The home was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We were in town for a baseball tournament. The property is in a great central location, we played at many different high schools in the area and all were easily accessible. The house has everything you need, parking for two vehicles and plenty of space for our family or four. The neighborhood felt safe also with many neighbors walking their pets.

What can I say, other than BOOK! Great home the host had absolutely everything you would need to make this stay amazing. Clean clean clean. Comfortable clean bed. Modern kitchen and appliances. Private yard , quiet neighborhood close to everything. I will definitely be booking again and again.
