Clean basic room and good value for money. 24 hour staff and £5 per night parking. My satnav took me to the wrong side of the Services. Only real downside were old lumpy pillows but the bedding was very clean as the rest of the room

Good value for money, room was clean and staff were helpful. I would say to avoid ground floor rooms if you can as they are very hot in the hot weather and windows can’t be opened. Other than that would stay there again.

Basic and run down. Very handy for Birmingham airport at a fraction of the cost of one of the Airport hotels. Parking is extra for overnight stay as it’s the services car park.

Well located and even though in motorway services. I stayed for four nights and the room was not cleaned once, even had to ask for more toilet paper. But, the room was comfortable and quiet. It was not clear at booking that the parking was £20, but not too bad for four days.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. I don’t think the £5 per night parking charge is necessary.

Nice clean room. Really big bathroom Very hot but it was a hot evening outside The check-in was weird because we were asked to pay £5 for parking which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking process. Considering it’s a motorway services accommodation, there’s really no choice unless we parachuted in. The hotel should have the honesty to include it in the price at booking.
