「Lovely room, very quiet and check in and out was very easy. It appeared that the tea tray had not been replenished after the previous occupants as there were too few tea bags and milk. I did notice there were two empty cans of water when I checked in, these were quickly replaced but I didn’t notice the glasses had also been used. My wife unknowingly used a dirty glass in the night, very disappointing. Would have given five stars if this had not happened」

「部屋は広めでくつろげます。バスルームも広いですが、トイレットペーパーホルダーの設計が明らかにおかしい（イギリスらしいとも言える）。ティースプーンやカップはもう少しきれいにできるはず。 ただスタッフは丁寧で親切です。食事は朝食とバーでのみでしか取りませんでしたが、バーメニューの味付けとセンスは良かった。ルームサービスの食事もイギリスの割にちゃんとしていた。次回もブロードステアーズに滞在することになったら、このホテルがファーストチョイスになります。」

「歴史ある建物に泊まる事の方が快適さより重要な人にはお勧め ただし床が傾斜している部屋で寝るのも許容する必要あり」

「Excellent location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room 9 had amazing views and was well presented. The only negative thing that I noticed was black stains on the shower ceiling in the bathroom which looked like mold.」
