「Staff was great. My reservation was for 2 beds but got a Kingsize bed instead on the 1st floor at parking lot level. By keeping the dark shade down for privacy gave me the felling that I was underground/basement with no natural light. I thought I could handle it and not complain. I survived the 1st night but I came to the conclusion that my psychy could not handle the basement/ cave feeling. Since it was very late in the evening I addressed the situation in the morning with the front desk...
