"In my room there where cockroaches . Food was stale . They serve next day food in panchavati thali. It was cold also and asked them to warm it . I got food poison. Need to improve on food and hygiene. Morning breakfast not served on time. If we need to leave at 8am for work . Breakfast is not ready . As they have mentioned that 7.30 timings. "

"The resort is pretty , with lots of well maintained tropical plants, with just small number of mosquitoes. Lots of activities available. Food is very good. Checking checkout process was easy. Communicating with front desk was easy. Service is prompt and responsive. Only point to improve I would say is to make sure extras like lunch usage to be more easily electronically tracked and not lead to confusion by use only of paper tick marks etc. "

"I had a great stay overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the place was excellent. The only downside was the bed—it was quite stiff, and unfortunately, it gave me some back issues that lasted a couple of weeks. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Just a note: there are limited restaurants nearby, so plan accordingly. Still, I’d recommend the stay for the service and cleanliness."
