"I had no internet connection or hot water during my stay. It was a hot day, so water shower was acceptable. The hotel says that the breakfast starts at 7:30am. It does not mean the breakfast is ready by 7:30am, but they start cooking from 7:30am"

"Had a quick stay at the Fern near Kalyan, the property is clean and well managed. the only surprise was that they do not offer bell services or valet so you have to handle your luggage by yourself. The rooms are well kept and clean and the food in the room service was great too."

"The stay was for 1 night. The olace is nice and the staff is friendly. The property needs to be renuated and also the removes need to have mosquito repelents as too muxh of mosquitoes in the room. Stay is fine. Just need these few improvements."
