「This is scam. It lies in an ghetto alley and the guy worked there i said i cant check in because some reason i dont understand what he was talking about. I came at right time of reservation at night he keep saying i need to come tomorrow of reason i dont understand. So nowhere to sleep the night. I booked another hotel and looked for refund but didnt find any in such option hotel.com app. 」

「We had a wonderful stay here. The location is excellent, the apartment was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The service was outstanding, with regular and well-organized room service. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. 「The room is dirty, no air conditioning I had to beg for a fan to get it, a lot of bugs that I have been bitten by them, my skin has many red spots on it, bathroom bulbs were burnt out, a shopping bag with some food missed out after I asked for a cleaning service and the door room had been kept opened after that with the keys out in lockers even I had all my stuff there, TV not working, dirty bedding…others.」

「This property was not flash, but i absolutely loved it, it felt more like an apartment than a hotel, i had a baseroom room which was very spacious, cooking facilities, bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The bedding was something you would have at home not a hotel. I much prefer this type of experience when travelling over flashy hotels when I am out all day long and return late just to sleep. The price was very good. The hotel manager was very nice. 」

「Eşim ve çocuğumla 2 gece kaldık. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Her konuda yardımcı oldular. Odalar temiz ve düzenli. Konum olarak süper. Osman Bey metro durağına 50 mt. mesafede. Avrupa yakasında her yere rahatlıkla ulaşım sağlayabiliyorsunuz. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. İlerleyen zamanlarda tekrar kalmayı istiyoruz. 」

"スルタンアフメットからも近く、徒歩圏内に見所満載なのでとても便利でした。早朝の到着でしたが、無料の朝食を屋上のレストランでいただいている間に部屋を整えてくれて、食後にお部屋を使えました。フロントのスタッフもとても親切で快適に過ごせました。"

"タクシム駅、空港バス停にほどよく近いのが良かった。バスタブ付きの部屋は広くてよかった。窓はない。エアコンの場所分かりにくいのとなんかたまに止まったりする。バスタブの水が抜けなかった。でもこれはスタッフに言えば直してくれると思う。(一泊なので報告しただけで直ったかはわからない) 朝食会場は別館だったが、モスクが見えるテラス席があって綺麗だった。"
