"They neglected to clean my room one day, and the next time, they only made the beds without vacuuming or doing anything else. I always had to call to request water and clean towels. Despite being a very nice hotel overall, these small details are quite disappointing."

The view was excellent, the location is perfect & the staff were all brilliant, they couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Tried to contact the front desk and there was no answer. Lift at the entrance was not working and we had to haul luggage up the stairs. No help available to assist."
