「Nice. Room amenities, a bit outdated. Shower tub, a bit slippery. Need some touch up’s here and there but fine overall.」

「Rented a hot tub room. Hot tub didn’t work. Was not issued a refund. Property was dirty and loud. No smoke detector in unit. Had to contact the fire department to report issue. Worst hotel experience i’ve ever had. 」

「The room itself had no issues. The staff were very kind and could speak Japanese, which was reassuring. It also seemed like many Japanese guests stay there. However, the soundproofing is poor. You can hear noise from upstairs and traffic outside, so it may not be suitable for people who are sensitive to noise. We were two people, but we were so exhausted that we fell asleep anyway. There is only a shower, and no amenities like shampoo or toiletries, so you need to bring your own. Towels are...

「The parking was easy. Location of the rooms were fine. The cleanest of the room was decent. The price of the location was good. The location didn’t feel unsafe. However, they only had one trashcan in the room, which is very odd. No place to put your clothing if that’s OK like hanging your clothes and what not didn’t have a hairdryer, but this is a motel and the only other thing that really bothered me was the sound of the vehicles passing by but other than that, it was fine 」

「ユニバ来園のため利用しました 近くでは公式ホテルしかなく、近さで決めましたが、ザ、モーテルという感じで、少し治安に不安でした ベットは快適、シャワーは固定式で、トイレは溜まっていて直してもらいました 2部屋取りましたが、ハンガー掛け、コーヒーメーカーありませんでした 湯は問題なく水量は少し弱かった クーラーが旧式でとてもうるさかった 評価4.5ですがとてもそうは思いませんでした」
