"The staff and guests that stay there who some actually own timeshares in, we're extremely friendly. They let us check in a little early and everything was clean. I would definitely go back if I was ever visiting. Only knock I would have on the whole place with the oven. I think they had cleaned it recently and the product residue was left over and it made the oven smoke a bit but it was not a big deal. Overall very satisfied "

"Great place with short walk to beach. Beach chairs, towels and anything needed for beach included. Great outdoor space with hammock and patio furniture. We frequently used the grill. Bob's nearby for any questions. Loved this beach cottage. "

"The room had an unpleasant smell. The sheets smelled strange. As soon as I entered, there was a puddle of water coming from the mini fridge! There was an ice machine near my room, and I heard it running all night long. The floors were dirty. I put a white towel on the floor, but it turned black from the bottom. The room rug was also quite dirty. "

"Overall it was an OK stay. The hosts were very welcoming, and the instructions were clear. The house itself has many quirks, the doors don't close properly, the kitchen had some supplies, but wasn't adequately stocked for someone who wants to cook daily. The soap offerings in the bathroom were cheap, and the toilet paper holder was broken. Definitely feels like it was made to be a rental and lacks character and warmth. "

"Overall our stay was comfortable and met all of our expectations. The very private pool area was wonderful for swimming, sunning, and relaxing with a book. Our host was responsive to all inquiries during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we are visiting the area."

"Lock box was tough to use and we arrived late at night compounding the issue. Property was listed as having a dishwasher and it did not have one. Property photos are misleading as well- showing a dishwasher so as to trick the renter. Someone entered our unit and left a broom and mop containing broke glass which was stepped on - fortunately not by o end our children. When contacting the property management the claimed they didn’t know there was no dishwasher. Not sure how you advertise and manage a property and not know amenities it has.Lots of ants in the kitchen and no ant traps or anything to address the pest issue.After contacting the property management company about the issues they never directly addressed my concerns and ask for acceptance of the issues. I’m not okay with people entering without notification and leaving broken glass behind.This was unit C. Stayed in unit A last year with no issues.Felt like the property needs maintenance and up keep, but it’s being sold instead. This is a money maker for them and little to no interest in actuallyimproving the visitor experience. Bare minimum to maintain margins vs overhead. We won’t be returning next year."
