"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was in a perfect location with numerous dining options within walking distance, plus close to entertainment, necessity shopping and more. We could walk to the marina and hop on a fishing or tiki boat (which we did!). The ocean beach is just over the bridge, also walkable, but better driving if you have lots to carry. The property itself was lovely, with friendly staff. Felt very safe there. Enjoyed the heated pool and lovely view from the pool deck. Our unit was just enough space for us. We were very comfortable. Overall, we felt so lucky to have found such a great spot and were sad to leave."

"Wife & I stayed for one week. Unit was clean, & well-stocked. Absolutely priceless proximity to beach! Altho a slight ‘musty smell’ , owner had dehumidifier/air circulated already in place & ‘on’. Owner Greg was pleasure, answered questions promptly & even came over to address a shower- door issue. The only negative is that it’s advertised as a 2-bedroom. Not really, since the 2nd full bed is in the TV room that has a couch too ….. Master bed residents have to walk thru the “tv room” to access bathroom. No problem for me & wife, as we did not have visitors. Perfect for family with kids!!! But NOT if you’re looking to split the unit with another adult couple. But, we LOVED our stay! Felt like royal beach-Nik’s! "

"It’s a very nice apartment, but I would’ve liked to have had a dishwasher and a cooler to take down to the pool. Otherwise it was great. Wish the Jacuzzi was working."

"The staff and guests that stay there who some actually own timeshares in, we're extremely friendly. They let us check in a little early and everything was clean. I would definitely go back if I was ever visiting. Only knock I would have on the whole place with the oven. I think they had cleaned it recently and the product residue was left over and it made the oven smoke a bit but it was not a big deal. Overall very satisfied "

"Great place with short walk to beach. Beach chairs, towels and anything needed for beach included. Great outdoor space with hammock and patio furniture. We frequently used the grill. Bob's nearby for any questions. Loved this beach cottage. "

"We were met at the house by Kenny, a nice guy, who gave us a walk through and basic instructions. We had 8 family members plus a 2 year old. There was plenty of room for us all to have a bedroom - 2 bedrooms are ensuite. A crib and highchair were provided which we really appreciated. The real bonus in this house is the backyard and swimming pool which we used everyday. The kitchen was nicely stocked with basics but could benefit from a deep cleaning. The oven worked but 3 of the 4 burners did not. There are many outlets and lights in the house that are not functioning but these are all fixable not deal breakers. In general I would recommend the house for a gathering of family and friends. "
