"The property was clean, fairly well stocked with modern appliances/amenities - including a nice spice cabinet - (although we could have used more soap, dishwasher detergent, a toaster and a few other typical kitchen standard items), very convenient because it was close to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping, and very reasonably priced for South Florida in February. Beds were fairly comfortable but there was not much room in the bedrooms to unpack, with no dressers and just a semi closet in each room with limited space, very few electrical outlets, etc. The washer and dryer, air mattress, beach chairs, towels, and even beach toys were great and much appreciated. The owner was terrific, easy to communicate with, and was able to help with anything, including a shower head that suddenly needed to be repaired. The property seemed to have been flooded and there is substantial water damage to the floors, especially in the master bedroom area, and needs to be replaced. The layout and decor was nice but could use some touch ups - like curtain rods that need to be reattached to the walls, the backyard that needs work, etc. The master bath is very small, especially the shower, and the dispensers in both showers should probably be removed because they are broken, not filled, and get in the way in a very small shower space. The neighborhood is quiet except for the rooster next door that starts crowing at 4.a.m. Overall, it met our needs and we enjoyed our time there. Thank you!!"
