"Our family had a great week at this large and lovely house. The property manager was very attentive and helpful. We loved the outdoor space with pool, hot tub, loungers, sofa and table. We also loved the great room where we could all be together while cooking, eating at the large island, and relaxing on the sofa. Short walk to beach but worth it for the nice beach with amenities including bathroom and showers. Would definitely stay again "

"Overall it’s a nice place to stay. The location is great. My biggest concern was having to leave a 250 security deposit and finding a few broken things after we checked in. I don’t want to worry about whether or not I get my deposit back. Beds were super comfortable. Family room couch does not have a back so it’s not practical for gathering and only sets 3 adults. There were tiny ants in the kitchen and bathroom. "

The outdoor area is very well maintained with a hammock to chill out on. You are surrounded by laid back locals. If you need a bit of excitement, good food, and shopping a 5 minute drive south on AIA will bring you to Atlantic Ave. where you can be spoiled with a huge selection of great restaurants. The beach apartment is modern yet cozy with all the amenities you need. The property managers responded quickly to any questions we had. Great place to stay."
