"Staff was awesome from desk to maintance guy great area but construction is going on next door so don’t expect to sleep in. Clean yet outdated. Looked as if they also are in the middle of updating and revamping. I’d def. Stay again tho. "

"Room was pretty small. Very loud where our room was, doors slamming people running, wall thin you can hear the other rooms. Thought it would be better. Had to move to a different hotel."

"Great property. Neighborhood in transition but people were very friendly. Host gave us a number to call if we had any questions. Every time we called the voicemail was full. Weird locking system that locked us out of pool bedroom the night before we left."

"Wife & I stayed for one week. Unit was clean, & well-stocked. Absolutely priceless proximity to beach! Altho a slight ‘musty smell’ , owner had dehumidifier/air circulated already in place & ‘on’. Owner Greg was pleasure, answered questions promptly & even came over to address a shower- door issue. The only negative is that it’s advertised as a 2-bedroom. Not really, since the 2nd full bed is in the TV room that has a couch too ….. Master bed residents have to walk thru the “tv room” to access bathroom. No problem for me & wife, as we did not have visitors. Perfect for family with kids!!! But NOT if you’re looking to split the unit with another adult couple. But, we LOVED our stay! Felt like royal beach-Nik’s! "
