"Perfect Location and beautiful in every way "

"We had booked a double room with 2 queen beds and were upgraded to a small suite with an efficiency kitchen. So that was a pleasant surprise. Cannot comment on ac as it was cool enough to have windows open to let in cool air. Street was a bit noisy in the mornings but quiet at night. Parking under the building felt safe, but spots were tight!! Staff was cordial and helpful. Location convenient to metro station about a 10 minute walk away."

"Light sockets were hanging lose in the bathroom over the sink. Sign in bathtub suggesting visitors use the rubber mat, but no rubber mat. The Keurig coffee maker was malfunctioning and did not make a cup of coffee. I mentioned all this to the concierge at the front desk, she just looked at me and wrote down 2 of the 3 issues and then ignored me. The room was otherwise comfortable and clean. The location was great for my needs and close to all the areas I needed to visit."

"Main complaint is when I checked out the agent told me my credit card had not gone through when I checked in and I had to swipe again. I showed her my visa statement which showed it was pending and had gone through. She disagreed and siad I had to swip again. I told her this may cause a double billing. I have spent at lest an hour of my time trying to correct this issue as it was double billed. Still no luck. Not impressed with the staff's level of competence."
