The room was clean and ordered, big enough for a solo trip, has a large sofa and a comfortable bed.

The place is nice but definitely needs some improvement like the tv. It is very old and small and a lot of static. The bed where we stayed is very bad. Was bending and we're scared it was going to collapse. But overall it is clean.

Clean. Staff was nice. Close to the St. Catherines strip. Only thing is, there was no mini-fridge in the fridge cupboard. So we paid for a room without an amenity which was disappointing as we needed a mini fridge.

The hotel was well kept. The room was very nice with a beautiful bathroom. The hotel and rooms were very nice. The only flaw is the staff didn't know where to go eat a smoked meat sandwhich.

Slow to check in, elevator issues resolved in a few hours, breakfast very basic but enough to start the day. Location is great near bus depot and metro line but outside the old Montreal Room is clean and bathroom working very well.
