"La struttura in generale è carina e comoda, l’appartamento nuovo, mare raggiungibile a piedi e piscina discreta. La cattiva gestione dell’appartamento purtroppo ha influito in maniera negativa sulla mia vacanza nel residence. Il personale che gestiscono l’immobile in cui ho soggiornato, vivono lontani dalla struttura stessa, non sono stati in grado di dare un pronto sostegno quando c’è ne stato bisogno. Al momento del check-in abbiamo dovuto aspettare per quasi 1 ora sotto il sole cocente fuori...

"The villa more than lived up to the photos and descriptions. Stunning hilltop location that offered privacy, 360–degree views, and easy access to Matera and a couple of small charming towns, as well as day trips to the higher-profile tourist towns like Polignano, Alberobello, etc…. The accommodations were pristine, spacious and well laid out. The groundskeeper (Marcello) is there every morning at 7:00 to clean the pool and any other maintenance needs. "Hello, we are a family of 4 from South America. We stayed at the Piccolina Vacation Home and it was excellent. Very nice place with nice kitchen and bathroom. Nearby there is a little Piazza to get a coffee, pizza and to do laundry. Also, very friendly neighbors and a supermarket nearby. There is a bus stop just a couple minutes away that takes you straight to downtown to see the Sassi. Great place!"

"We would definitely recommend this property, just highlighting a lot of confusion around dining table assignments, and that for some reasons the outdoor one kept being moved under the sun despite plenty of availability under the shaded areas and us moving the tables every time clearly annoyed of the sun. Another element of improvement we would have liked is availability of water bottle refilling stations around the property."

"Truly fantastic boutique hotel! Such an amazing find! Highly recommended. Parking is free and easy to find. The hotel picks you up and takes you into the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. On the day of our departure we needed to leave very early and they had a full breakfast ready for us and gave us a ride back to our car with no problem at all. The location at the edge of the cliff is absolutely stunning and the views are unparalleled. The rooms themselves are unique and very well appointed. The bathroom in our room needs to be repainted and the loft where the kids slept got very hot. But other than that we can't find a single fault with this lovely spot in a beautiful city! "
