When we asked for changing rooms because we prefer two twin beds, the staff in the front desk said there was a room available the next day without extra charge. The location of the hotel is close to the train station, so all the tourist attractions are within walking distance. Its also convenient for traveling to Interlaken for day trip. "

Location was good for those wanting to be away from Bern train station and Old Town, being a minute away from a bus/tram stop. A major problem is the chaos at breakfast time where there was hardly any seat."
