「We had a very disappointing experience. Our room wasn’t ready until after promised. Heck in time. The room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly once we did get it. Hair elastic on the ground, empty tissue box and hair in the shower were found. Yuck! The grounds were packed with screaming children running around, couldn’t find a pool chair or beach chair and decided to leave the property and walk to a nearby by place to eat instead. Could not wait to check out!」

「We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation at Azura Bermuda. The service and management were fantastic; everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. We were even upgraded to an oceanfront suite, which made our stay very special. The property itself is beautiful, serene, and peaceful. The pools were spectacular and offered the perfect place to relax. The private beach was also a major highlight and made it easy to unwind. The only cons were that the menu at the on-site restaurant...

「This hotel was excelent. The room was modern and gorgeous. Complimentary wine tasted very nice. I syated here in December, so there were a few guests that also attributed to nice and calm atmosphere. If I had another opportunity to visit Bermuda again, I will definitely stay this hotel again.」

「全体的には満足出来たが、C/Oの時手違いがあった。即ちＣ／Ｏの前々日からＣ／Ｏの日はウエイクアップコールは５．００ａ．ｍ．，タクシーは６．００ａ．ｍ．、朝食ボックスはＣ／Ｏの時受け取ると依頼してあった。当日、ウエイクアップコールは鳴り、Ｃ／Ｏすべく５．３０頃下りて行ったがフロントは鍵が閉まり人はいない。入口に電話機があったので呼んだら、スタッフが来てくれた。それでＣ／Ｏし、レシートを貰ったのだが、スタッフ曰く私に前夜にＣ／Ｏするよう話したと言う。私は前日は午後遅く街歩きから帰り、行く前に借りた傘を返しただけで、その時に何も依頼されたことはなく、それ以降もフロントに行ったこともない。行き違いがなければほぼ完璧だっただけに残念である。 タクシーは６．００に来てその点は問題なかった。」
