• The Ocean Spa, Aquarian Baths, Indoor Pool, and Turtle Cove Beach are adult-only areas welcoming guests 13 years and older.
• Minimum age of 16 for Spa Treatments.
• Children are allowed in the indoor pool from 6-10 pm
• A $11.25 Service charge per person a night will be collected, which covers the gratuity payment for housekeeping, bell desk and concierge
• A 17% service fee for any food and beverage and spa purchased offerings. This is mandatory and is applied to the guest bill
• A $7.50 per delivery for breakfast room service
• Please note the only mode of transportation from the airport is a taxi. Further details will be provided after a booking has been confirmed
• The modes of public transportation are buses and ferries. Bus stops are located approximately 5 minutes (away) outside of the resort. The closest ferry terminal is in Dockyard which is 5-10 minutes from the property.
