We stayed at The Reefs Resort & Club from April 17–20 to celebrate our anniversary, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we landed, everything felt elevated. Airport pickup was seamless, and we were welcomed with rum swizzles, setting the tone for a warm and thoughtful stay. David Dodwell Jr. and the entire team were exceptional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making every guest feel special. The setting is breathtaking. Every room offers panoramic views of Bermuda’s iconic blue-green water, and it never gets old. The property is intimate and beautifully designed, with plenty of tucked-away spots that make it feel like you have the place to yourself, even when fully booked. The private beach is pristine and quiet, with complimentary kayaks, snorkels, and boogie boards that make it easy to enjoy the water. The buffet breakfast was consistently delicious, and the Friday night fire pit with live music was a perfect way to start the weekend. What truly sets The Reefs apart is the care and consistency of the entire staff. Thoughtful touches like evening turndown and small personal details made the experience feel special throughout. We came for our anniversary and left already planning our return.

This is a wonderful place! Every room faces the ocean, the staff knows your name the second day of your visit, free breakfast and afternoon tea, and 4 different places to eat - with food and drinks you can order when sitting on the gorgeous beach!!!

Although we were told the hotel was full, it never seemed crowded. A really beautiful and peaceful setting. Music on Friday night was terrific.

Hotel beautify situated, views were great, staff was almost universally great and friendly. Beach equipment was dated and some were kind of shoddy (eg no pump for inflatable SUP so it was too low pressure to stand on) swim fins with broken straps. Food at beach was not really available (waited >1 hr with hungry kids before we gave up on our order) Most importantly I was not pleased that this reservation did not include numerous service fees that were not included the expedia reservation/payment. Resort says this was disclosed at time of booking but I cant find that disclosure. It was certainly not prominent at the time of booking. Expedia barred the amounts of these fees from my review when I tried to post initially but there were several of them and they were not negligible or based on any extra services I received or requested.

We recently stayed at The Reefs Resort & Club in Bermuda and had an outstanding experience. The accommodations were top notch, with beautiful ocean views and a relaxing, boutique atmosphere. The dining was truly second to none — every meal was fresh, delicious, and well presented. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, and the staff made us feel welcome from start to finish. We would highly recommend The Reefs Resort & Club to anyone visiting Bermuda.

We have stayed at most of the nice resorts in Bermuda but what separates this property from the others is not just the beachfront pink sand beach with no shuttle needed but that it is a family run business. It really makes a difference. It is not corporate at all - it feels very personable. The owners are very present and very friendly and really go out of their way to make sure that you are happy and are having a good time. We had an issue where the room below us had a bunch of chain smokers. We could not go out onto the balcony due to the strong smoke coming up as we have asthma. David (one of the owners) really took care of us and moved us to a really beautiful suite which was incredible. It was over and above what we would have expected. Each time we saw him he would make sure to say hello and ask if there was anything that we needed. Just a really nice, classy touch. We would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is a gem; wish we knew the beachside restaurant would be closed. Beautiful rooms, incredible views, easy access to the rest of the Island. Breakfast was amazing! I think I’d add at least 1 more ice machine and vending machine. Soda, juice and Gatorade (for example) should be available to purchase by the can and bottle. I’d suggest explaining the bus tokens and warming up the tone upon arrival. Will definitely be back.

Excellent views of the coast & beach from the room. Breakfast was excellent so many choices. There is a bus stop across the street, so it is easy to get around the island. There are a lots of steps at the hotel and does not seem to be wheelchair friendly. Staff and owner are really very friendly

The hot tub was soooo good..hot and jetted.AC, heat, dry mode all comfortable. Most nights we slept with the sl8ding foor open, listening to the waves. Dont miss the stars! Food was so well prepared almost to order. Breakfast is sumptuous. There is a welome reception, Friday night live music and drinks at the firepits. Afternoon tea included. Kayak and snorkeling equipment for our use, drinks and lunch on the beach or pool starting at 12. For all this plus lication the price was great too. This was our third year.
