Unser Aufenthalt in diesem besonderen Ferienhaus in Werder an der Havel war ein echtes Erlebnis. Der Blick auf die Havel ist ein stiller Luxus, der zu jeder Tageszeit beeindruckt – selbst im November schafft die Umgebung Ruhe und Schönheit. Das Haus selbst ist eine Architekturperle: Modernes Design trifft auf eine großzügige Fensterfront, die die Natur förmlich ins Wohnzimmer holt. Besonders genossen haben wir die private Sauna mit dem anschließenden Sprung in die Havel – eine Kombination aus Erholung und Abenteuer, die dieses Haus einzigartig macht. Auch die Umgebung lädt zu Erkundungen ein. Der Baumkronenpfad in Beelitz, umgeben von Herbstfarben, war eines der vielen Highlights in der Nähe. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur war tadellos – stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dieses Haus ist ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehrt – stilvoll, gut durchdacht und in einer schönen Lage.

Die Lage der Wohnung direkt an der Havel und der Blick übers Wasser ist super! Es kommen zwar immer wieder Leute beim spazieren gehen durch, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Innen ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Besonderes Highlight ist die Sauna im Badezimmer! Die Stapelbetten sind nur 80x190, aber für Kinder absolut ausreichen. Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Einziger Negativpunkt für uns war, dass der Kaffeevollautomat leider innen total verschimmelt und damit unbenutzbar und ziemlich ekelig war. Wir hatten das direkt kommuniziert und ihn zwecks Reinigung in den Abstellraum neben der Wohnung gestellt, aber da stand er bei Abreise immer noch unverändert... Trotzdem haben wir uns was die Wohnung, die Lage und die Sauberkeit der Räume angeht sehr wohl gefühlt!

Schon zum zweiten mal haben wir unseren Familienurlaub im Haus am Havelbogen verbracht. Wir hatten beide Wohnungen gemietet und waren wieder sehr, sehr zufrieden mit allem. Lage und Blick ist einfach umwerfend.

We loved this place so much, we didnt want to leave. It is such a beautiful location, with its own jetty for swimming and canoeing. The apartment is very comfortable, and well maintained. It feels very high end, and well thought out. It's only a 5-10 minute walk into town, with a Netto and Edeka supermarket. Great transport links in both directions too. We had an excellent meal in the Italian restaurant, next to the bridge to the Island, as recommended in the house guide. Klaus was very welcoming despite the language barrier. (We definitely need to learn some German!) There were some additional charges, for bed linen/towels etc but we were made aware of this well I advance of our stay. We would love to return.

Seit vielen Jahren schon habe ich in Werder in Ferienwohnungen und auch Hotelzimmern gewohnt. Dies ist die mit Abstand beste! Sehr modern eingerichtet, beim Frühstück Blick auf die Havel, E-Bike und sogar eine Saune sind verfügbar. Trotz sehr ruhiger Lage liegt die Bushaltestelle nur wenigen Gehminuten entfernt. Insgesamt hervorragend ausgestattete Wohnung in Bestlage! Gibt es Nachteile? Spontane Buchungen sind selten möglich, sollten rechtzeitig erfolgen. Schönen Urlaub!
